Full-Time and Part-Time Therapist

Next Step Counseling, LLC is seeking skilled and compassionate Full-Time and Part-Time Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team. We are a collaborative and trauma-informed private practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families take the next step toward healing and wholeness.

Position Overview:
The ideal clinicians will maintain a steady caseload, providing high-quality clinical services to a diverse client population. Experience working with couples, trauma (EMDR or trauma-focused training preferred), men’s issues, and substance use disorders is strongly encouraged.

​

• Full-Time Therapists: 25–30 clients per week

• Part-Time Therapists: 10–20 clients per week

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field

• Fully licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) or associate-level clinician under supervision

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience preferred

• Strong commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care
