Service Description

This bi-weekly group is a sacred space where women gather to be seen, supported, and strengthened. Rooted in culturally affirming care, every session includes:    •   Grounding and mindfulness    •   Guided therapeutic topic    •   Sister-circle sharing and support    •   Journaling + reflection    •   Practical tools for healing
