Service Description

This psychoeducation group creates a safe space for men to explore the pressures of traditional masculinity and how these expectations shape emotions, relationships, and self-identity. Through guided discussion, reflection, and practical tools, participants will learn healthier ways to express feelings, challenge harmful stereotypes, and strengthen emotional resilience. The group empowers men to drop the “mask” of silence or toughness and embrace authentic connection, vulnerability, and growth.
