Self-Pay Rates*

$120   per 50-minute individual psychotherapy session

$225  per 50-minute marital/couples psychotherapy session

$160  per 50-minute family psychotherapy session

$180 initial session

 

Group Pay Rates (Self-Pay Only)

$45  per Parent/Caregiver

$35  per Child/Adolescent group session (12 sessions)

Sliding Scale-is available with Associate Counselors

Insurance

Insurance Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  Any unpaid balance will be your responsibility. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

 

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment

Cash, Debit, Mastercard/Visa, and money orders are accepted at this time for payment.

 

 

Cancellation Policy 

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified the office at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $120 missed appointment fee.
