One day 6 hour ethics training designed to refresh and enhance clinicians on clients rights, boundaries, professional relationship, the counselors responsibilities  and how to resolve legal and ethical issues.   This training will meet the Ethics requirement for GA Licensing boards (6 CE's).
 
Objectives
1.To assist Mental Heath professional identify clients rights, counselor responsibilities and effective limits of confidentiality. 
2.Assist clinician in being aware of boundaries issues in an age of technology and  how to maintain professional relationships with clients.
3.Resolving Legal and Ethical Issues using decision making models, responding to accusations of unethical behaviors and acting on suspected  unethical behaviors of a colleague.
